HDB Fund Raising Bazaar

We're inviting vendors to participate in this fund raising bazaar at The Nexus and part of the rental proceeds will be used as funds for helping needy families under the GRAINS (Groceries for Rental flat tenAnts In Need of Support) programme.

EVENT : Fund Raising Bazaar
VENUE : The Nexus, Club HDB (inside Toa Payoh HDB Hub)
DATE : 22-24 Jul 09 (Wed - Fri)
TIME : 11am - 3pm
RENTAL for 3 Days inclusive of 1 table (4x2ft) and 1 chair; bring own table cloth (must):
Non Food stalls $240
F&B stalls $250 (*subject to approval, strictly no cooking and sale of durian.)

Publicity to more than 5000+ HDB staffs.
Strong buying power (if u have the right product for them).
Bazaar is held in HDB's staff recreation centre which houses a staff lounge with cafe, childcare centre, game arcade, jackpot room, gym, badminton court, training centre etc .... one of the most bustling place for their staffs.

1. 18th July coincides with Super Band Singapore Concert 2009 (the 4 biggest names in Mandarin Pop : Jonathan Lee + Emil Chau WaKin + Zhang Zhen Yue + Luo DaYou) at the Singapore Indoor Stadium which means crowds are expected!

We are looking for crafters of eco-friendly and DIY products, hucksters of vintage or second hand stuff and hippies with interesting products that advocates the green movement to participate in this one-day flea!
